For all jobs

• Artwork size in all three dimensions, and approximate weight.
• Special handling requirements, such as traveling flat, a delicate surface that cannot be wrapped, or any other particularly fragile aspect.
• Pickup/delivery location, along with any accessibility issues, including truck access, elevator and door sizes.

Shipping

• Availability to receive at delivery location
• For large shipments, whether assistance to unload on-site is available.
• It's best to call us for international shipments, as many details for customs are better discussed on the phone.

Installation

• The type of wall, height of the installation, plus anything else you may consider out-of-the-ordinary.
